If we are available and it works for you, the same day!

I need to renew my home insurance, what inspection would I need?

For the most part, Insurance agent/company will let you know if you would need both 4-point and Wind Mitigation or either one. We offer both!

If I have any questions on the inspection report, will someone be able to explain?

Yes, of course! You can call your inspector directly and he will gladly go over any questions or concerns you may have on the report!

I need an inspection, but I live in a condo that requires companies to show proof of insurance. Will Maze Inspections be able to do my inspection?

Absolutely! We are Certified and Insured. We will be able to provide the condo the required proof of insurance to conduct the inspection.

How do I pay for my inspection?

The home inspector will send you and email with an invoice where you can see the listed services and price. You will be able to pay online with credit/debit card.
